For decades, the Miss Fire Prevention Queen program has been a meaningful part of the Cordova Volunteer Firemen’s Association’s history and community outreach efforts. Each year, a representative is selected to serve as an ambassador for our department — promoting fire prevention education while representing Cordova at parades, public events, and community celebrations.
The title of Miss Fire Prevention Queen reflects leadership, poise, and dedication to community involvement. These young women help strengthen the connection between our department and the residents we proudly serve.
Many past titleholders have remained active supporters of the fire company and continue to be part of the extended CVFA family. We are honored to recognize each Miss Fire Prevention Queen who has carried this tradition forward and contributed to the rich history of our department.
